Craig M. Greene
Craig Greene is a shareholder in Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Greene & Buchsbaum P.A. He graduated from Nova University Center For The Study of Law with honors, and has spent his entire career litigating complex insurance and commercial disputes for both the Plaintiff and Defense. He has litigated and won cases against major corporate defendants, including Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, Square D Electric Company, Paul Revere Life Insurance Company, Triple R Paving Contractors and others. Mr. Greene has represented some of the country's largest insurance companies, commercial businesses and individuals in various areas of civil litigation including large loss subrogation, product liability, wrongful death, and business torts. In 1997 Mr. Greene brought his litigation experience to Kramer, Green, where he joined the firm as an equity partner and Managing Partner of the firm’s Subrogation Division. In that role, Mr. Greene personally litigates each case under his supervision, from assigning basic research to presenting closing argument. Mr. Greene is a frequent lecturer on the subject of subrogation, bad faith, material misrepresentation, disability insurance, and other insurance related issues. Mr. Greene is licensed in all Florida State and Federal Courts including each of their respective trial bars. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar, Broward and Miami-Dade County Bar Associations and all associated trial lawyer subdivisions.
