Ms. Bellon has the rare combination of being both a trial and appellate attorney. Through-out her legal career, Ms. Bellon has handled all aspects of litigation including jury and bench trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations. She has argued and won cases in Florida’s Circuit Courts all five of Florida's District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. Prior to joining the subrogation team at Kramer, Green, Ms. Bellon managed her own law firm and was a Partner at two prestigious defense law firms focusing on, among other things, first party property defense.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Ms. Bellon earned her B.F.A., summa cum laude, from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where she concentrated in film studies and theatre. Jeanette earned her J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. While in law school, she interned at the Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel, assisting with representing those who could not afford defense counsel. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Bellon taught filmmaking and had a successful career in television production.
