Leslie H. Zuckerman is a partner in Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Greene & Buchsbaum P.A. He earned his Masters of Law degree in Taxation from the University of Miami, his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University and his Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to forming the law firm with Robert Kramer, he was National Director, Personal Financial Planning for Prudential-Bache Securities and prior to that was an attorney with the Employee Plans Division of the Internal Revenue Service. In that capacity, he was jointly responsible for many of the regulations regarding ERISA. Mr. Zuckerman's law practice is primarily in the area of disability insurance planning and collection, and estate planning. Mr. Zuckerman has counseled many individuals regarding their entitlement to disability benefits. Mr. Zuckerman is a member of the International Association of Financial Planning, the Florida Bar and the New Jersey Bar. He has been a frequent lecturer to professional associations, a guest speaker on radio and TV shows, and a contributor to various publications.
